Should we determine through our own inspections or market observation that products, product parts or accessories do not meet BORA's quality standards, we would like to contact you in this regard so that we can inform you directly about product defects, possible hazards and suitable solutions.

Possible service actions include:

Recalls of products, product parts or accessories
Service calls due to product, material or workmanship defects
Replacement of the affected product part

The cost of service calls or replacement of product parts will be borne entirely by BORA.
